    Rodney Hershberger

    Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

    Mr. Hershberger co-founded PGT Innovations (formerly PGT Industries, Inc.) in 1980 and appointed as Chief Executive Officer in 2005. Mr. Hershberger led the company's initial public offering (IPO) in 2006 and was elected as Chairman of the Board in 2014. From the founding of the company in 1980, he has served as President, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. His immersive style in running every aspect of PGT Innovations has led to the success of the company as the number one provider of impact doors and windows in North America.


    Mr. Hershberger is also known as a thought leader and innovator in the window and door impact industry. He is an expert in industry code and works closely with local government agencies to drive the betterment of impact products to enhance safety, durability and value.


    Mr. Hershberger serves as President and Director of the Argus Foundation and is Co-Chair for the 2017 World Rowing Championships.

    Jeffrey T. Jackson

    President and Chief Operating Officer

    Mr. Jackson joined PGT Innovations in November 2005 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer. In 2006, Mr. Jackson helped lead the Company's IPO, and was later  named Executive Vice President. In 2014, Mr. Jackson became President and Chief Operating Officer with responsibilities overseeing the Company’s strategic direction. In 2016, Mr. Jackson was appointed to the board of directors.


    Prior to joining PGT Innovations, Mr. Jackson held various executive management roles. In 2004 Jeff joined The Hershey Company as Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to Hershey, Mr. Jackson served in positions of increasing responsibility with Schwan’s Bakery, including Senior Vice President - General Manager of Emerging Channels and Senior Vice President and CFO.  In addition, Jackson worked for Flowers Foods, Inc., Coca-Cola and KPMG.


    Mr. Jackson earned a B.B.A. from the University of West Georgia and is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia and California.


    Mr. Jackson serves on the Board of Directors for Smith Douglas Homes (Atlanta’s largest private homebuilder), as Chairman of the Audit Committee.


    Mr. Jackson also serves on the Board of Directors for Loar (a privately held aero-space company).


    Mr. Jackson is a board member of Children First, the Sarasota Area Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Corporation of Sarasota County.

    Brad West

    Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. West joined PGT Innovations in 2006 as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting and Finance. Mr. West was promoted in 2013 to Vice President and Controller and in 2014 was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Subsequently in 2015 he was promoted to Senior Vice President, where he is responsible for Accounting, Finance, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Risk Management functions. Prior to joining PGT Innovations, Mr. West served as the Operations Controller for Schwan’s Food Company. Mr. West has over 18 years of management experience in manufacturing organizations.


    Mr. West earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia.


    Mr. West serves as a board member of Goodwill Manasota.

    Debbie L. LaPinska

    Vice President, Human Resources

    Mrs. LaPinska joined PGT Innovations in 1991 as a Customer Service Representative. She currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources since 2014. She is responsible for talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, health and safety, and organizational development and training.  Prior to her current role, Mrs. LaPinska served as the Vice President of Customer Relations from 2012-2014 and Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 2003-2012. Mrs. LaPinska has served in multiple roles including leading the Company's Workforce and Dealer Development functions, Customer Service and Field Service, Transportation, and Sales since her time joining PGT Innovations.


    Mrs. LaPinska earned a B.A. in Business Management from Eckerd College.


    She serves as Board Chair of both the Loveland Center and the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce.

    Danielle Mikesell

    Vice President, Marketing and Innovation

    Mrs. Mikesell joined PGT Innovations in 2014 as Director of Marketing. Soon thereafter she was also given the responsibility of Design Engineering.  She currently serves as Vice President, Marketing and Innovation,responsible for brand and product management, market research and analytics, customer and field service, design engineering, and code compliance. Prior to PGT Innovations, Mrs. Mikesell most recently served as Director of Marketing at Masco Cabinetry and Director of Sales for KraftMaid Cabinetry.


    Mrs. Mikesell has been in the building industry for over 20 years. Her extensive and diverse experience includes leading nationally recognized brands, complex configurable product lines and working with various channels of distribution to include Independent Dealer Networks, Architects and Designers, National Builders, and Big Box Retailers.

    Brent Boydston

    Vice President of Sales

    Mr. Boydston joined PGT Innovations as Vice President of Sales in 2016. His responsibilities include overseeing the company’s sales strategy across its multiple brands and managing day-to-day operations for all aspects of PGT Innovations sales. Prior to joining PGT Innovations he was Vice President of Sales for Liberty Hardware from 2001 to 2016. Mr. Boydston brings over 25 years of sales experience to the company.


    Mr. Boydston earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Master’s of Business Administration, Economics and Management from Wake Forest University.

    Bob Keller

    Vice President and General Manager, PGT Custom Windows+Doors

    Mr. Keller joined PGT Custom Windows + Doors, a PGT Innovations business, in 2016 as Vice President and General Manager. He is responsible for all aspects of PGT's operations. Prior to joining PGT Innovations he served as the Vice President of Global Operations for Moen. From 2002 to 2014 he held several roles with Therma-Tru Doors, including Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering, Plant Manager and Senior Product Marketing Manager.


    Mr. Keller earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Regis University.


    He served as a Board member of the Window and Manufacturer's Association (WDMA) from 2011 to 2014.  He is also a lifetime member of The Ohio State Alumni Society and was recognized by the Army National Guard in 2004 as a Center of Influence during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

    Kristy Thacker

    Director of Operations, Windoor

    Ms. Thacker joined WinDoor, a PGT Innovations business, as Plant Manager and Production Manager in 2003. She currently serves as Director of Operations where she is responsible for day to day operations as well as leading Strategic Initiatives. Her previous roles at WinDoor include Plant Manager and Production manager from 2013 to 2016. She also was responsible for Production Scheduling and Customer Service from 2013 to 2016 and served as a Testing Coordinator in Engineering from 2009 to 2011. 


    Ms. Thacker earned her B.A. in Business Administration from Flagler College.

    Daryl Hendricks

    Sr. Vice President of Operations, CGI®

    Mr. Hendricks joined CGI, a PGT Innovations business, in 2017 as Senior Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for day-to-day operations for all aspects of CGI. Prior to joining PGT Innovations, he served as the Senior Vice President Asset Management and Engineering for National Express Corporation. 


    Mr. Hendricks earned a Bachelor of Business and Economics degree from the University of Delaware and a Masters of Business Administration from Wilmington University. 


    Mr. Hendricks continues to serve as the Sales and Marketing Committee Lead for international start-up Eagle Systems.
